Hi, I’m Liviu Barbu. For me, building AI solutions is like sitting on the floor with a box of LEGO bricks. Each piece might be an algorithm, a model, a dataset, or even the intricate connections of a semantic search, all scattered in a kind of beautiful chaos, waiting to find its place. I keep snapping pieces together hoping something meaningful will emerge. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it surprises me. There’s a joy in stepping back, seeing it all come together, and hoping it might quietly make someone’s world a little easier, a little brighter.

Sometimes, I have to pull everything apart, step back, and stare at the pieces until an idea nudges its way to the surface. It’s frustrating at times, but there’s a rhythm to it, a calm determination to keep going, one piece at a time. Then comes the moment when two pieces snap together perfectly. It’s small, almost ordinary, but it sparks something. Piece by piece, the structure grows, gaining form and meaning. There’s a surprising beauty in how it all comes together, often in ways I hadn’t planned. By the end, it’s no longer chaos. It’s a solution, something tangible, something purposeful.
